Below you will find useful information for your stay in our guest house.
Do not hesitate to contact us to prepare and organize your visit, we will be happy to provide you with information and help you.

General informations :

The entire establishment is non-smoking.
The Amphitryon is housed in a house built during the 18th century. We were keen to preserve the spirit of the residence with, in particular, its old wooden staircase which leads to the upper floor of the rooms reserved for our guests. The house is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We can provide you with a bed and a baby chair.
Pets, even on a leash, are not accepted.

Welcome :

Reception is provided from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

The front door is equipped with a digital code. The code will be communicated to you upon your arrival. It will allow you to evolve in complete autonomy during your stay.

Parking:

Vehicles will be able to park on Place Saint Pierre (public car park).
A closed room can accommodate bicycles .
Motorcycles can be parked in front of the house, in the driveway of the enclosed garden.

Electric vehicles:
A charging station for electric cars is available at the Amphitryon.
Terminals are also available in Oloron Sainte Marie here within a radius of less than 3 km.

Stay :

The floors, woodwork and staircase have survived more than 2 centuries. Help us protect them for as long as possible!
Please leave your key on the board in the entrance hall when you leave the establishment. This allows us to identify your presence and your wishes without ambiguity:

• Key hanging on the board = you are away and we can clean your room.

• Key missing from the table = you are present and/or you do not want us to clean up.

The wifi access code is indicated in the booklet placed on the desk in your room.
We remind you that any illegal downloading is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution.
Each room is equipped with a television with the main French channels and TNT, a coffee/tea machine (pods) and a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks.
The garden with its outdoor lounges are available to guests.
Brochures and maps are available in the lounge and can be consulted while respecting barrier gestures. We will also be happy to advise you.
Bed and bathroom linen: We believe that guest houses can also be a wonderful showcase for a region if they participate in the fight against waste. This is a ""key"" point of the environmental policy that we are currently implementing following the requirements of the European Ecolabel dedicated to tourist accommodation. Thank you for helping us in this process!
A first emergency kit is available in the cabinet at the entrance to the house.
For security reasons related to possible health problems, we ask you to remove the key from the lock during the night to allow access to your room.

Breakfast :

Breakfast, included in the service, is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
To organize distancing between guests, the time slot will be chosen the evening before.
For departures before 7 a.m.: consult us in order to define the most appropriate solution.

To relax in the living room or in the garden:
Choice of herbal teas, teas or local drinks

Departure :

On the day of your departure, we thank you for vacating your room at 10 a.m. to allow us to best accommodate our next guests in compliance with health regulations.
Payment for the stay:

• A bank guarantee or deposit check is requested when booking.

• The balance is due on the day of departure. We accept payment in cash, credit cards, holiday vouchers, checks (presentation of identity card for payments over €100).

• The invoice will be sent by email.

When you leave, please give us your key in person!
